  • Provide support in monitoring the budget of the unit.
  • Administer petty cash for the unit.
  • Monitor office orders.
  • Verify invigilators’ and registration appointment requests against timetables and calculate the CTE.
  • Complete S&T, reconciliations and payment forms etc.
  • Order stationary and office equipment for the unit.
  • Keep register in the unit for all invoices, payments, petty cash etc.
