Job Description

Motus Toyota Bryanston currently holds a vacancy for a Picker Packer Stores and Warehouse reporting to the Manager: Parts.

The person in this position will be responsible for unpacking and storing in correct bin location, incoming parts, and to pick parts against correct documentation for delivery.

Specific Role Responsibilities

Receive, unpack, check and bin all incoming stock.

Ensure that parts are free from damage and that the part number and label are correct before binning

Ensure Admin department receives all relevant documentation with signatures

Ensure accuracy of binning

Update bin locations as per Toyota specifications and standards

Pick all parts against a computerized invoice (unless otherwise stated) and hand to appropriate authorized person

Examine and ensure all outgoing parts are free from damage before handing over to appropriate person

Ensure accuracy of picking

Adhere to all safety and security Policies set out by the Company

Maintain and keep warehouse clean and tidy at all times

Assist with perpetual and periodic stock counts

Perform any other reasonable duties that may be required from time to time

Ensure dress code is according to Toyota standards and personal hygiene

Be willing to work overtime during Stocktaking

Report all anomalies to parts manager

Qualifications and Experience

A minimum of Grade 12

Computer literacy is essential

Clear Criminal Record

Area Warehouse knowledge experience will be an advantage

Working within Toyota Standards

Skills and Personal Attributes

Must have excellent verbal communication skill
