MiWay is a direct short-term insurer and financial services company, offering customers a range of short-term insurance products including motor, household, homeowners and business insurance. Our offices are based in Gauteng.

Learnership Opportunities
At MiWay, we offer a variety of learnerships which include, Insurance and Management Qualifications.
Employed learnerships are offered to staff who are permanently employed by MiWay. The learnership opportunity not only empowers the individual, but also up-skills them to be able to perform better in the workplace, as well as receive a Qualification.
Unemployed learnerships are offered to youth that have matriculated and are seeking workplace experience, for a duration of 12 months as well as a Short-Term Level 4 Insurance Qualification which could result in employment.
Upon completion of the unemployed learnership the successful individuals may be considered for a permanent position should there be vacancies available.
If you are interested in applying for an unemployed learnership, please ensure that you meet the following criteria:
- Be between the ages of 18 and 35
- Be a South African citizen
- Have a matric certificate
- Be willing to commit to a one-year contract.
