Servest Integrated has an opportunity for experienced persons who would like to join their team in a site in Johannesburg . A suitable candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen to meet established cleanliness and quality standards ,as well as maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition
Minimum Requirements
A positive approach, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for producing high quality customer care
Basic knowledge of service standards, guest relations and etiquette
Honest and reliable
No criminal Record
Matric and or a Basic food hygiene certificate
Relevant experience working in a similar environment
Maintaining compliance with the highest sanitation, safety, and quality standards
Willingness to undertake new duties to support colleagues within the team
Duties & Responsibilities
Maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and areas allocated
Meet established cleaning and quality standards
Ensure kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils are in a clean and orderly condition
Wash dishes
Clear rubbish and waste from kitchen
Assist in receiving and packing of kitchen stock
