YES (Youth Employment Service) aims to create one million work opportunities for unemployed black youth in South Africa. The company was founded to transform the lives of these youth, while simultaneously helping to grow the businesses in which they are placed. Should these businesses participate, YES offers them the opportunity to gain up to 2 B-BBEE levels. YES placements speak directly to Afrika Tikkun Services’ vision of enabling the youth (18-35 years old) to become economically empowered. As one of their implementation partners, we support businesses interested in participating in the YES Programme with: Recruitment; Assessments; Onboarding, Induction, Work Readiness Training, Host Placements; Candidate Management and Reporting.
