    Make sure you submit your CV and full academic results between March and August annually
  2. Be shortlisted for assessments
    If we like your CV and academic results, you’ll be invited to take part in assessments to further assess your potential as an FNB employee
  3. Be interviewed by the Grad Team
    If you’re successful through the assessment process, we’ll invite you for an interview
  4. Be interviewed by the Business
    If you stood out in the Grad Team interview, your application will be sent to business units for selection and your final business interview will take place
  5. Be made an offer
    Our business units will make decisions and if you are successful, you will be made an offer by that business unit
  6. Launch an extraordinary career
    Once you accept the offer, you’ll be invited onto the programme that can help set you up for a great future at FNB
