BLUE-RIBBON BREAD LOOKING FOR WORKERS

Part of our talent management programme is to actively invest in young graduates through the Premier graduate programme. We currently have graduates in Marketing, Human Resources and Information Technology and would like to expand this to our Corporate Service Departments, R&D (product and packaging technologists), Sales and other relevant fields in our Business Units over time. We are also able to assist with internships that are part of the final year curriculum in marketing, product (food, confectionery and cosmetics) and packaging technology.

 

Job Description

Purpose of the job:

To ensure daily loading and offloading of bread on site

Responsibilities:

Load bread according to picking slip

Manage stock by transfers and GRV’S

Tray count and balancing of trays in a truck

Attend daily invocoms

Ensure that quality bread is loaded

Ensure a correct stock rotation (FIFO)

Account for all stock received and dispatched

Reconciliations

Giving daily reports

On time truck departures

Assist with queries

Qualification Requirements

Qualifications:

Grade 12 with numerical skills

Experience Requirements

Experience:

At least 3 months experience in a similar position in the FMCG industry

Required to work Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
