Role Overview
As an Internet Sales Advisor, you will be interacting with customers that have put a request online to be contacted for a quote, this is what we call a “Lead” Your role as an advisor is to do the quote with the customer and ensure that they see the benefits of being ensured by OUTsurance. You will be required to interact with clients, increase sales, and elevate customer experience.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Matric
- FAIS Regulatory Exam
- Recognized Qualification depending on previous advice giving roles.
Experience:
- Previous Call Centre experience in Telesales.
- Experience in short term insurance industry will be advantageous
