Job Description
To ensure the timeous offloading and inspection of grain trucks so that samples are sent to the lab for quality testing.
Key Responsibilities
Offloading the trucks and taking of sample from the trucks
Truck Inspections
Testing and taking the sample to the Lab
Cleaning of Intake offloading area, clearing of chokes and Overflowing bins
Cleaning of Intake machines and Housekeeping
Assisting on the Repairing and maintaining of the Intake machines
Ensure compliance with relevant Food Safety and Health Safety
Qualification Requirements
Grade 12 – Essential
Experience Requirements
Exposure and Mill knowledge will be an advantage
Other Requirements
Required to work in hot and cold extreme weather conditions.
Required to perform heavy physical labour.
5-day position and may be required to work overtime and unusual working hours (after hours) from time to time.
