Boxer Superstores is a rapidly growing Supermarket chain operating in all provinces throughout South Africa. Owing to our growth, we are looking for recent graduates to become Retail Graduate Trainees to be based in different province’s across the country.
The successfully recruited Graduate Trainee will literally begin their Boxer journey on the sales floor of a supermarket before working their way through other areas in the business. The primary focus of the program will be to participate in training experience, learn new skills, and to demonstrate increasing proficiency and expertise with managerial responsibilities. This Graduate Trainee Programme should prepare you for future development in the company, which includes, but not limited to areas of operations management, people management and retail management.
