Servest(Pty) Ltd, a Leading installations Management Company has a grueling occasion for Operations Manager position reporting to the Branch Manager to be grounded at our Durban Office. The position is for their Cleaning Division.

Minimum Requirements:
– Grade 12
– Clear felonious record/ Valid motorists license/ Own dependable vehicle;
A qualification in Operations/ Business Management; MS Office complete( Outlook/ Word/ Excel)
– Good interpersonal chops A good prophet/ Excellent leading and supervising chops.

– The capability to impact appreciatively on productivity through effective platoon participation and to guide the platoon on addressing on- going client service enhancement and sound administration procedures.

– Operation of mortal coffers including reclamation, training, coaching, performance operation, Staff Welfare and Health and Safety; Duties & Responsibilities CSI client Service Intelligence
– Develop and maintain systems to insure customer service position agreement stuck to at all times.
– Insure effective client Service Intelligence, that’s accurate, real time and precious information, is handed to the guests.

– Develop and maintain relationship with customer contact person and accounts person.
– Establish and cover a cleaning plan for each structure in agreement with the service position agreements.
– Conduct point visits of allocated spots and report on conditioning, results and recommendations.

– Manage delivery of drawing chemicals and consumables to spots. Manage vacuity and condition of point outfit.
– Manage the entire start up process of all new contracts to include staff reclamation, induction, work schedulesetc.
– Control and operation of Company means and full knowledge of insurance conditions related thereto.
– Manage area performance against agreed targets and budgets, and within programs and norms.

– Manage direct charges and charges, and all factors affecting the profitable performance of the area.

– Achieve yearly non contractual profit targets; Maintain being client base and insure up dealing on being contracts.
– Manage all staff reporting to this position so as to effectively retain, train, estimate, motivate, delegate and cover their conditioning

– Manage Artificial relations in area; Manage staff scheduling to include monitoring of time and attendance, leave schedules, overtimeetc. Apply cleaner work schedules and estimate and manage performance.
– Cleave to company policy and procedures and Servest Group values.
