What you will be doing?
Gaining practical exposure and experience in our Milling QC/QA processes by doing the following:
Equipment Maintenance & Verification.
Testing of raw material, in-process, and final products prior to approval as LMS.
Receiving of Raw Material
Active participation in INVOCOMS.
Support of the food safety culture plan on site
LIMS capturing and issuing of COAs.
Reporting Food safety & quality control deviations

Accurate record keeping of your workplace exposure and experience in your logbook, to ensure compliance with Seta and your learning institution reporting.
Proactively report on any formal institutional requirement or training sessions
Willing to learn on how to translate your theoretical learning into practice.
Perform all tasks communicated and required
Qualification Requirements
Grade 12
Studying towards a National Diploma: Biotechnology or Food Tech or Analytical chemistry (final year)
Tertiary institution logbook (stipulating the relevant exposure and experience needed)
