Duties and Responsibilities
As a Junior Merchandiser, your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and determining stock to be merchandised
- Drawing stock requirements for each cycle
- Checking product quality, stock rotation, vintage, and pricing
- Executing merchandising activities based on cycle briefs
- Handling customer complaints, queries, and requests
- Keeping up to date with product promotions and pricing
- Recording daily merchandising activities accurately
- Following an organized call cycle
- Reporting out-of-stock items to the RSM
Requirements
To qualify for the Junior Merchandiser Learnership Opportunity, applicants must:
- Be aged between 18 and 28
- Have completed Grade 12, with passes in Mathematics and English
- Be currently unemployed
- Have strong communication and organizational skills
