Duties and Responsibilities
Candidates selected for the Vehicle Stock Control Careers role will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Accurately invoice vehicles in line with offers to purchase.
- Capture daily purchase invoices with precision.
- Create supplier purchase orders for recon and fitments.
- Manage all in-house vehicle stock, bringing new stock in and invoicing stock out.
- Conduct regular stock takes twice a week.
- Maintain and update the retail stock price list.
- Oversee documentation for used vehicle licensing and registration.
- Prepare monthly reports on outstanding orders and vehicle costing.
- Collaborate with Sales Executives and Sales Managers.
- Manage demo fleet reporting and weekly updates.
Requirements
To qualify for Vehicle Stock Control Careers, applicants must meet the following minimum criteria:
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
- Proven experience in stock control and invoicing.
- Strong Excel proficiency.
- Prior experience using “Drive” dealership management system (advantageous).
