Eligibility Criteria: Tick These Boxes!
To be considered for the TFG Sales Associate Internship, you must:
- Be aged between 18 to 29 years
- Have Matric (preferably) or at least Grade 10
- Be available and willing to work a fixed 12-month contract
- Not have been employed full-time with a single employer for more than one year
- Not be studying full-time during the internship period (April to March)
- Not have previously participated in the YES programme
- Be able to cover your own accommodation and transport (if required)
Employment Equity: Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as per the Employment Equity Act.
Duties & Responsibilities
As a Sales Associate Intern, you will:
- Deliver exceptional customer service
- Support daily store operations and merchandising
- Drive product knowledge and brand enthusiasm
- Assist with inventory, stock levels, and store displays
- Be an active part of a passionate and driven team
Requirements
- Matric certificate is preferred (minimum Grade 10)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to grow
