Duties and Responsibilities Hyundai Apprentice Motor Mechanic Careers

As an Apprentice Motor Mechanic, your scope of training will include but not be limited to:

  • Removing, reconditioning, and replacing cylinder heads
  • Dismantling, servicing, and assembling engine blocks with key components
  • Diagnosing and replacing fuel system components
  • Understanding the basics of automotive electronics
  • Testing and repairing ignition systems
  • Studying engine efficiency and forced induction systems
  • Diagnosing and replacing various electrical components
  • Removing and installing clutch and transmission components
  • Repairing brake systems and components

You will also be expected to meet the responsibilities of an Apprentice Level One technician as outlined in Hyundai’s official training plan.
