Job Description

You’ll be responsible for the total Quality Assurance at the production site. This includes the effectiveness of the Quality Control Management System and all testing procedures to guarantee that high-quality products are consistently produced.

You’ll ensure that all food safety regulations, such as FSSC 22000, are upheld, and that testing equipment is accurate and fully functional.

  • Perform daily quality control checks on raw, in-process, and final packed products
  • Operate and maintain lab testing equipment
  • Analyze and report results to production line supervisors
  • Maintain GLP-level housekeeping and safety standards
  • Ensure food safety protocols and OHSAct compliance
  • Record and capture results accurately in LIMS
  • Stand in during weekends, holidays, or rotational shifts

Qualification Requirements

  • Grade 12 with Mathematics and Science
  • Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  • Exposure to quality control or lab work is advantageous
