Duties and Responsibilities for SHERQ Administrator Jobs Nationwide

SHE Management

Maintain SHE management systems and update all required documents.
Conduct and coordinate emergency plans and evacuation drills.
Identify and mitigate SHE risks within the business unit.
Conduct inspections, toolbox talks, and audits as per schedule.
Report and follow up on non-conformances and injuries on duty.
Ensure all permits and certificates are compliant and up to date.

Blue Area Compliance

Implement SOPs and ensure layout compliance.
Update wellness, 5S, and SHE content weekly.
Coordinate Blue Area meetings as per standard operating procedures.

5S Management

Maintain accurate 5S files and coordinate layout planning.
Lead red-tag events and conduct 5S training.
Drive 5S audits and maintain all compliance dashboards.

Requirements for SHERQ Administrator Jobs Nationwide

Minimum Qualification: Grade 12
SAMTRAC Certificate
Diploma in Health and Safety (advantageous)
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Admin experience and computer literacy
Valid driver’s license and clean criminal record
Willingness to work overtime when needed
Must be of sober habits and a team leader
