Duties and Responsibilities
As a Sales Assistant, your role is to:
1. Cash Control
- Perform all cash desk functions
- Maintain 0 cash variances
- Ensure all manual transactions are recorded accurately
- Follow daily banking procedures
2. Stock Control
- Implement daily stock management processes
- Track and follow up on customer orders
- Complete weekly stock counts and shoe pairing
- Keep storeroom well-organized
3. Customer Service
- Deliver excellent in-store service
- Build strong relationships with customers
- Share product knowledge confidently
- Represent the Kurt Geiger brand with professionalism
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
- At least 1 year of retail experience
- Understanding of stock and cash control processes
- Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
