Job Purpose
As a P28 Sales Assistants, your purpose is to enhance the customer shopping experience through efficient merchandising, stock replenishment, housekeeping, and point-of-sale service. This role is particularly vital during peak retail periods, such as holidays and promotions.
Key Responsibilities for Ackermans P28 Sales Assistants
- Customer Service
- Greet customers and assist with locating items
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- Provide helpful product knowledge
- Till Point Operations
- Process cash, card, Lay-By, and refund transactions
- Ensure till balancing and report discrepancies
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier area
- Merchandising & Housekeeping
- Replenish stock on the sales floor
- Ensure accurate pricing and promotional displays
- Maintain tidy shelves and a neat store environment
- Loss Prevention & Risk Management
- Tag products according to company policy
- Participate in regular stock takes
- Monitor for and report suspicious behavior or theft

Minimum Requirements Ackermans P28 Sales Assistants
- Grade 12 / Matric certificate
