Job Purpose

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee safety, inventory control, and warehouse layout compliance
- Implement and monitor warehouse SOPs, KPIs, and performance indicators
- Manage budgets including VLC, ZBB, and FLC in line with annual targets
- Drive productivity using tools like PDCA, 5 WHY, and GOPs
- Ensure inventory accuracy, returns compliance, and product quality
- Oversee picking and sorting operations for maximum efficiency
- Lead waste management and recycling initiatives
- Monitor warehouse cleanliness, pest control, and repacking processes
- Maintain optimal staffing through capacity planning tools
Key Requirements
- South African Matric (Grade 12) + relevant diploma or degree
- Minimum of 3 years’ warehouse or logistics experience
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, and handheld systems
- Strong planning, coaching, and team leadership skills
