General Assistant Careers Cashbuild South Africa – Your Role

Key Duties and Responsibilities
Customer Service Excellence
- Greet and assist customers with professionalism
- Advise customers accurately on products and services

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent
- Experience: At least 1 year in a customer service or retail role
- Language: Fluent in English and the local language
- Skills: Basic math, communication, time management
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Physically fit to load stock and assist customers
- Able to work well under pressure
