Anglo American is hiring a Learning Administrator in their GSS People Services (GSS PS) team. This fixed-term contract offers a chance to work on global learning and performance processes and systems, while helping standardise, optimise, and elevate employee services.
What You’ll Do
As an Anglo American Learning Administrator, your responsibilities will include:
Learning and Development Support
- Maintain learning catalogues and course nominations.
- Coordinate site inductions, accommodation, attendance registers, and qualification renewals.
- Upload licenses and troubleshoot issues in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist with SAP-based course and qualification creation.
- Generate learning reports and publish course content.
Performance & Talent Management
- Process performance contract updates, ratings, and modifiers.
- Perform bulk status changes aligned with the performance calendar.
- Support talent updates and recommend necessary changes based on BU feedback.
Risk, Reporting & Support
- Track service performance metrics.
- Share knowledge with junior officers to enhance service quality.
- Peer-audit and uphold reporting standards.
- Respond to client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Minimum Requirements
To qualify, you must have:
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- A relevant diploma or B.Degree (advantageous)
- 2–3 years of Learning Admin experience
- Working knowledge of SAP and LMS
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Great interpersonal and organisational abilities
