To qualify for the Eskom Service Agent Opportunity, you must have:

Education:

  • Grade 12 and
  • National Diploma/National N Diploma in one of the following at NQF Level 6 with 240 credits:
    • Business Management
    • Communication
    • Marketing
    • Commerce
    • Engineering
    • Social Science
    • Accounting
    • Finance

Experience:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in customer relations or working directly with clients

Knowledge of:

  • Negotiation, report writing, counselling, conflict resolution
  • Computer literacy, problem solving, stress management
