2. Learnership Coordination
- Enrol learners and track progress
- Handle learnership documentation
- Schedule and manage sessions
- Support learners and mentors
3. Internship Programme Administration
- Oversee intern selection and onboarding
- Ensure structured experiences across departments
- Maintain performance feedback and reports
4. General Admin Support
- Manage training calendars and events
- Organize workshops and L&D sessions
- Prepare presentation materials and reports
- Track evaluations and employee feedback
5. Compliance and Reporting
- Maintain EE and Training Committee minutes
- Ensure policy and legal compliance
- Support reporting for internal audits
6. Continuous Improvement
- Evaluate training success
- Recommend updates based on feedback
- Stay current on L&D trends
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 and diploma in HR or Adult Education
- At least 1–2 years in L&D administration
- Strong knowledge of SETA CIMS systems (W&R SETA or CATHSSETA an advantage)
- Understanding of SD Act, EE Act, BCEA
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
