Key Responsibilities and Duties

As a Credit Control Officer, your main function will be to collect debt for the dealership and manage all related financial administration. You will:

Maintain constant contact with debtors to ensure the collection of all outstanding balances.
Accurately input data into the OEM System (Drive 8 knowledge is beneficial).
Host weekly meetings with the dealer to maintain high satisfaction levels.

Assist in supplier statement reconciliations and manage the full creditors function.
Ensure valid credit applications are on file for all debtors.
Measure success through deliverables such as:
- Monthly collection of outstanding debt
- Reduction of accounts over 60 days
- Timely and accurate reconciliations

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following qualifications and experience:

Grade 12 (Matric)
3 years’ experience in a creditors/debtors environment
Valid driver’s license
Computer literacy – experience with Drive 8 system is an advantage
Background in financial processes or bookkeeping
