Job Description
As a Merchandiser at Clover, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring stock levels are maintained in-store and in backup storage
- Controlling and minimising returns according to store procedures
- Preventing out-of-stock issues and reporting any gaps to Area Management
- Following the store’s product flow and merchandising plans
- Ensuring shelves and fridges are clean, neat, and fully stocked
- Applying stock control measures accurately
- Managing product displays, point-of-sale material, and shelf labels
- Maintaining accurate administrative records
- Promoting strong collaboration with store managers, area managers, head office, and fellow merchandisers
- Following all company equipment and crate handling policies
- Capitalising on in-store opportunities to maximize Clover’s product visibility
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 equivalent
- Fluent in Business English
- Must be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
