Job Overview
Clover is seeking motivated young individuals to be part of its Call Centre Learnership Programme, aimed at providing hands-on customer service experience combined with formal training. This 12-month opportunity is based at Clover’s Call Centre offices in Constantia Park (Roodepoort) and includes structured classes.
By the end of the programme, successful learners will have:
- Gained a valuable NQF qualification
- Developed real-world experience in a world-class call centre environment
- Enhanced their professional and interpersonal skills

Minimum Requirements for Clover Call Centre Learnership
To be considered for this learnership, you must:
- Have Grade 12 or NQF Level 4 qualification
- Have completed Grade 12 between 2019 and 2023
- Achieved a minimum average of 60% in English and Maths/Maths Literacy
- Be computer literate (advanced level)
- Be currently unemployed
- Have not participated in a learnership before

Duties and Responsibilities for Clover Call Centre Learnership
As a Call Centre Learnership participant, your daily tasks may include:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Resolving customer queries and complaints
- Capturing and confirming customer orders accurately
- Notifying customers of account status or delivery issues
- Promoting Clover and Principal products
- Participating in teamwork and support activities
- Attending required training sessions and applying skills on the job
