Job Purpose

The Call Centre Agent will focus on identifying customer needs and matching them with Auto Pedigree’s offerings. Your success will depend on relationship building, lead conversion, and delivering high-quality service to both new and existing customers.


Key Responsibilities for Auto Pedigree Call Centre

  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity.
  • Understand vehicle features and capabilities to guide customers accurately.
  • Drive strategies to retain and expand the customer base.
  • Set up mobile displays and assist with test drives.
  • Collect customer documentation per compliance requirements.
  • Maintain excellent communication with customers and resolve escalations effectively.
  • Promote Auto Pedigree’s products and services and assist with finance applications.
  • Identify new revenue opportunities and contribute to growth initiatives.
  • Manage face-to-face and telephonic customer interactions professionally.
  • Maintain composure in high-pressure environments while delivering excellent service.

Minimum Requirements for Auto Pedigree Call Centre

  • Education: Grade 12 (Matric) – Essential
  • Experience: 2 years in customer service and sales with a proven track record
  • Driver’s License: Valid Code 8 – Required
  • Technical Skills: Basic Excel, Outlook, and general computer literacy
  • NCA qualification – advantageous
  • Understanding of retail compliance and financial services – beneficial
  • Must be willing to travel frequently and work weekends/shifts
