Duties & Responsibilities
As a Retail Merchandising Assistant, your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing and replenishing shelf stock
- Keeping display areas neat, clean, and organized
- Ensuring price labels and signage are accurate and visible
- Maintaining hygiene and safety compliance in all areas
- Delivering exceptional service and product advice to customers
- Assisting in cold chain management and stock rotation
Requirements
To qualify for this role, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 / Matric (NQF Level 4 equivalent)
- At least 2 years of retail experience
- Understanding of product handling and cold chain management
- Ability to work well in a team and handle customer interactions confidently
