How It Works for Organisations
To get started, an authorised representative from your organisation must register as an individual on the system. After logging in, you can link your organisation profile by entering your UIF reference number. Once your profile is linked, your organisation can:
- Post job and training opportunities
- Access CVs of suitable candidates
- Filter applicants based on your specific requirements
Note:
At this stage, the platform is available only to organisations registered with the Unemployment Insurance Fund (UIF). However, expansion to include non-UIF registered companies is in progress.

Click on ‘REGISTER INDIVIDUAL’ on the left-hand panel to create your profile. If you’re already registered, simply log in using the orange block on the right-hand panel.
