As part of the customer service team, your responsibilities include:

Requirements for the International Call Centre Job Opportunity
To qualify for this exciting opportunity, applicants must meet the following:
- Grade 12 or NQF Level 4
- Clear criminal and credit record
- South African citizen with valid ID
- Strong command of the English language (verbal and written)
- 12 months of customer service experience
- 12 months of international call centre experience (advantageous)
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
