What is U-Belong?
U-Belong is a skills development and learnership programme developed to bridge the digital divide in South Africa. Hosted by T3 Telecoms SA, the programme equips participants with:
- Sales and operational selling skills
- Customer service training
- Entrepreneurial skills to start your own business
Since launching in 2021, U-Belong has empowered over 3,000 previously unemployed youth and aims to create 2,500 more jobs by the end of 2024.
