Duties and Responsibilities: Pedros Chicken Call Centre
- Take accurate orders over the phone for collection or delivery
- Understand and recommend items from the Pedros menu
- Provide assistance with order modifications and special requests
- Coordinate directly with stores to ensure order accuracy
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to increase sales
- Deliver excellent customer service on every call
