Duties & Responsibilities: Driver Messenger Job Opportunity
Messenger Services
- Collect and deliver packages, documents, and messages on time
- Reconcile deliveries, obtain signatures, and confirm with dispatch
- Plan efficient delivery routes and log all visits
Administration
- Assist with scanning, archiving, and file management
- Prepare records for off-site storage and track file inventory
- Support the operation of the postal service and document binding
Transportation & Safety
- Transport people, products, and materials securely
- Load/unload goods and recognize vehicle faults
- Follow all road safety regulations
Vehicle Maintenance
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain log books
- Ensure equipment like binding machines and franking systems are operational
Reporting
- Log delays, vehicle issues, or equipment problems
- Track and report all communication-related activities
Mail Processing
- Receive, sort, and batch incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Manage Docex and registered mail accurately

Requirements of Driver Messenger Job Opportunity
