Sales Agent Role Overview
As a Hollywoodbets Mobile Sales Agent, you’ll support the Mobile Department with marketing, sales, and customer onboarding—ensuring clients are informed, satisfied, and engaged.
Key Responsibilities: Hollywoodbets Mobile Sales Agent
- Assist customers in opening betting accounts and provide betting guidance
- Promote and demonstrate mobile products and top-up vouchers
- Activate online accounts and drive mobile marketing campaigns
- Ensure customers are FICA-compliant (ID verification)
- Record sales activities and report progress daily
- Set up marketing displays at promotions and outlets
- Ensure the use of signup bonuses and guide new users through betting processes
- Maintain clean workspaces and care for mobile equipment
- Complete regular mobile sales training (e.g., Moodle, Voice Note Training)
- Be available to work across various locations as required

Requirements: Hollywoodbets Mobile Sales Agent
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate
- 6 to 12 months of experience in sales, marketing, or promotions
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Results-driven, tech-savvy, and highly motivated
- Understanding of mobile/internet betting platforms and voucher systems
- Willingness to work flexible locations and hours
