Job Description
As a Data Capturer, you will be responsible for collecting and capturing waste manifests, weighbridge slips, and supporting documentation for vendor sales, commercial, and residential waste collections. Your role ensures data accuracy, document completeness, and process compliance within designated timeframes.
Key Responsibilities: Data Capturer Job Opportunity
Document Collection and Capturing
- Gather manifests, weighbridge slips, and related documents from internal and external sources.
- Capture all waste stream transactions and their supporting documentation electronically for the assigned region.
- Ensure all transactions are captured within the allocated time.
Data Verification and Compliance
- Verify all required information and signatures are completed and clearly visible.
- Perform daily follow-ups on outstanding documents and escalate concerns promptly.
- Notify your Supervisor and Manager about any inconsistencies, suspected fraud, or deviations from procedures.
- Escalate unresolved queries within 7 calendar days.
General Support
- Provide support for additional data-related tasks as required.

Candidate Requirements: Data Capturer Job Opportunity
- Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and good numeracy skills.
