Key Responsibilities: Nedbank Service Consultant Jobs
Client Engagement:
- Guide clients on digital and self-service platforms
- Help with downloads, logins, and mobile transactions
- Educate clients about statements, cards, airtime/data purchases
- Build lasting relationships and deliver outstanding service
- Identify service needs and refer leads for cross-selling
Business Operations:
- Handle cash deposits, withdrawals, and forex transactions
- Maintain and balance ATMs, store devices, and stock
- Assist with device maintenance and consumable replenishment
- Ensure accurate transaction processing and document handover
Risk and Compliance:
- Follow security protocols and authentication procedures
- Control safes, counters, and prevent losses or fraud
Contribute to Nedbank Goals:
- Act in the client’s best interest
- Deliver on service excellence and digital migration targets
- Support team performance and continuous improvement
