Job Purpose: Build Strong Customer Partnerships

You will implement a market-driven, differentiated service that grows SAB’s presence in taverns. This includes driving brand equity, sales volume, market share, and corporate reputation.


Duties & Responsibilities: Build strong customer partnerships

Merchandising, Price, Promotions, and Space

  • Ensure 100% product availability and effective stock rotation.
  • Execute selective merchandising in line with in-trade execution guidelines.
  • Negotiate interior and exterior price communication, ensuring price point compliance.
  • Track and monitor competitive shelf space for maximum volume growth.

Asset Management

  • Oversee SAB refrigeration and merchandising assets, ensuring compliance and governance.
  • Verify assets like fridges and signage regularly.
  • Assist customers with stock replenishment and model stock systems.

Customer Development

  • Manage tavern owner relationships, ensuring weekly customer calls.
  • Achieve sales and volume targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer data and ensure consistent direct purchases from SAB.

AMPPS Delivery

  • Ensure delivery of Availability, Merchandising, Price, Promotions, and Space targets as part of the AMPPS survey.

Requirements to Build Strong Customer Partnerships

  • Diploma or Degree
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s license (unendorsed)
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
  • Local area knowledge
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
  • Successful completion of driver assessment
