Duties & Responsibilities
As a YES Learner at Nestlé, you’ll:
- Gain real-world experience in a fast-paced retail environment
- Provide excellent customer service and support store operations
- Learn key business skills, including sales, communication, and inventory management
- Work alongside cross-functional teams and receive structured mentorship
- Demonstrate Nestlé values through professionalism and initiative
Requirements for Nestlé YES Learner Jobs
- Grade 12 (Matric) completed
- Retail Management or equivalent post-matric qualification is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in English
- Analytical and numerical reasoning skills
- Team-oriented with a service-driven attitude
- Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends
- Must be self-motivated, proactive, and results-focused
- Good presentation skills and emotional intelligence
- Important: You must not have previously participated in any YES programme
