Learnership Details

This is a structured 12-month Dairy Learnership Programme Southern Africa that combines theoretical and practical training. Key learning modules include:

Clean-In-Place (CIP) & Clean-Out-of-Place (COP) processes
Dairy Processing Fundamentals
