Candidate Requirements: customer care agent jobs
Essential Requirements
- Grade 10 to Grade 12 or with a tertiary qualification will be Advantageous
- Fluent in English and at least one additional language.
- Intermediate computer skills with speed, accuracy, and navigation ability.
