About This Manufacturing Team Leader Opportunity
In this manufacturing team leader opportunity, you will manage a team of employees, control packaging processes, and ensure production goals are met during each shift. You will play a crucial role in maintaining product quality, safety, and efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 or National Certificate (NQF4)
- Fluent in Business English
- Computer literacy
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Comfortable working in extreme conditions

Duties and Responsibilities in This Manufacturing Team Leader Opportunity
- Manage subordinates and control time and attendance
- Motivate the team to achieve output targets
- Enforce discipline in line with Clover policies
- Coach and motivate team members to function as a mini-business
- Control production processes and ensure efficient procedures
- Drive productivity (OEE & OPP) and uphold safety and quality standards
- Manage packaging shifts for optimal production
- Operate equipment per guidelines and control daily costs
- Maintain accurate reporting
- Prevent shrinkage, losses, and ensure proper storage
- Keep production areas clean and safe at all times
