Job Description

As a KFC Cook, your key responsibility is to prepare all menu items according to strict KFC operational procedures while ensuring the highest standards of food safety and cleanliness.

You will work in the kitchen team and support the daily food preparation cycle by:

Cooking and preparing KFC products using standard operating procedures
Ensuring ingredient and product portioning is accurate
Monitoring expiration times and product quality
Operating product holding equipment correctly
Sanitizing food prep areas, utensils, and storage zones
Capturing preparation details and logging quality control checks
Delivering products as per customer expectations and KFC quality standards
Supporting your team and accepting responsibilities from supervisors and managers

Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
Strong attention to detail and food hygiene
