Position Purpose
The purpose of this programme is to give non-technical trainees practical workplace experience within a professional environment. Over the course of 18 months, participants will gain valuable exposure that supports their transition into the working world.

As a Work Integrated Learning trainee, you will:
- Shadow team members across various departments
- Participate in learning activities, workshops, and meetings
- Support procurement processes by communicating with customers and understanding their needs
- Act as a central point of contact for supplier and customer queries, ensuring timely resolutions
- Provide administrative and research support
- Receive work instructions from mentors or specialists to complete specific tasks
- Prepare professional reports using MS Word and PowerPoint

Minimum Requirements:
- Completed all theoretical subjects: N6 (Financial Management, Business/Office Management, Human Resources, Marketing Management, Logistics)
