Motus Warehouse Picker Job Description
Purpose of the Role
The main purpose of this position is to pick, pack, and deliver parts daily to the relevant areas, following all standard operating procedures. You will also help maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work area and manage orders within the warehouse or distribution center.

Process and Governance
- Plan and organise daily tasks to meet performance targets and adhere to SOPs
- Provide daily task updates to inform decision-making
- Resolve routine problems and report unresolved issues
- Check stock levels using system-generated cycle counts; report discrepancies
- Re-bin stock based on movement data to improve warehouse layout
- Scan and bin parts accurately in the allocated warehouse areas
Finance
- Perform activities efficiently to help maximise financial performance
Client/Customer
- Deliver services that exceed customer expectations
- Meet internal and external customer standards
People
- Complete tasks and attend training to improve work quality
- Uphold and live company values

Qualifications and Experience Required: Motus warehouse picker SouthAfrica
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Certificates or Advanced National (Vocational) Certificates with NQF Level 04
- Minimum Experience: 1–2 years in a similar environment (advantageous)
Skills and Personal Attributes: Motus warehouse picker SouthAfrica
- Understanding of industry legislative compliance and knowledge
