Purpose of the Job
The Administrative Assistant will provide crucial day-to-day administrative support to the Adjudication department, ensuring smooth office operations, compliance, and document management.

Compliance Administration
- Maintain updated documentation on departmental activities.
- Ensure compliance with RAF policies and process standards.
- Stay informed on internal standards and goals.
Office Coordination
- Follow up on outstanding matters.
- Manage requests within set timelines.
- Ensure stationery availability.
- Validate, verify, and capture documents.
- Prevent duplicate requests and queries.
- Allocate reference numbers and assign tasks.
- Draft and send letters to stakeholders.

Meeting Support
- Arrange meetings and manage diaries.
- Assist with taking and distributing minutes.
- Maintain a register for outstanding matters.
- Follow up on meeting resolutions.
- Schedule stakeholder appointments.
Document and Records Management: Administrative Assistant Adjudication job
- Administer filing processes according to RAF policies.
- Keep filing systems updated and functional.
- Retrieve information efficiently.
- Ensure document confidentiality.
- Allocate file numbers and record data.
Minimum Requirements: Administrative Assistant Adjudication job
- Qualifications: Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
- Experience: 1 year of relevant administrative experience (advantageous).
