Purpose of the Job
The Administrative Assistant role supports internal departments through efficient administrative duties. This role ensures compliance, organization, and timely task execution across various office functions.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Assistant Road Accident
1. Compliance Administration
- Maintain documentation for departmental activities
- Adhere to policies and compliance standards
- Support internal control and business goal alignment
2. Office Coordination
- Manage filing, telephonic queries, and general admin tasks
- Ensure office confidentiality and timely communication
- Follow up on pending items with Processing Centres
- Handle stationery inventory, document validation, and reference tracking
- Allocate responsibilities and issue stakeholder letters
3. Meeting Support
- Arrange meetings, take minutes, and follow up on resolutions
- Maintain registers and manage internal diaries and appointments
4. Document and Records Management
- File and retrieve documents according to RAF standards
- Maintain secure, updated filing systems
- Allocate file numbers, capture data, and ensure document delivery

Requirements: Administrative Assistant Road Accident
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1 year of experience in admin or a related field
Behavioral Competencies
- Strong planning and coordination skills
- Ethical, emotionally wise, and client-focused
Technical Skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Sound writing and administrative abilities
- Basic financial and procurement understanding
