Key Responsibilities – AVBOB Administrative Assistant
Successful candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Handling daily administrative requests from external call centres
- Professionally communicating with call centres and clients
- Processing additions, increases, and reinstatements
- Scheduling and adjusting debit order deductions
- Ensuring accurate changes and corrections requested by other departments
- Supplying voice recordings and assisting with customer complaints
- Sharing non-payment and provisional lapse reports monthly
- Providing policy quotes and information as requested
- Resolving client, colleague, and third-party concerns
- Managing secure FTP uploads for voice recordings
- Reporting on administrative issues, performance, and productivity
- Participating in meetings with call centres and reporting feedback
- Assisting with lead generation for specific call centres

Requirements – AVBOB Administrative Assistant
To qualify, applicants must have:
- Grade 12 certificate (compulsory)
- 1–2 years of relevant administrative experience
- Experience in long-term insurance is a strong advantage
- Call centre background is highly beneficial
