Requirements for the Learnership Role
To qualify for this Heineken Packaging Learnership Programme, you must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen
- Hold a Grade 12 certificate or relevant N qualification
- Have passed Pure Mathematics and English
- Technical ability and interest in mechanical or electrical tasks
- Preference given to candidates with a tertiary qualification in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work shifts or extended hours as needed
- Must understand safe working procedures
- Shortlisted candidates will undergo a formal assessment
